Dongguan Huarun Cement Manufactory Co., Ltd. is a large joint venture cement manufacturing enterprise formed by the Hong Kong, China and Japan investors in 1994 // <<China Resources Metals and Minerals Co.,Ltd., UBE Industries Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation, Sumitomo Corporation (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Dongguan Metals & Minerals Import & Export Company>>. Total investment in the facilities in the company is around RMB700 million and is capable to produce top grade cement with annual output of 1.2 million tons. The company is conveniently located in Shatian Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, just east of the Pearl River and close to the 107 National Highway and Guangshen Highway making it easily assessable by sea and by road.

The company used the state-of-art highly automated production process with main equipment (like high-pressure grinding roller, crusher, separator, loading facilities, etc.), shipped from overseas and the technology is of international standard. The company has its own pier which is one of the largest in Dongguan and in-house power generators generating sufficient electricity for its use. The main raw material for the cement production is imported from Japan. A tightly controlled quality assurance system is in place from the beginning stage of receiving incoming raw materials to the final stage of products ready for delivery to customers. Testing of cement in accordance to both the Chinese National Standard (GP) and British Standards (BS) are being carried out in our well-equipped laboratory. In addition, testing on the concrete is also performed which provide a lot of valuable test data.

The company's products excel in early strength, long-term strength, resistance to freezing, water tightness and compatible with chemical admixture. Under the company's well and comprehensive service and support, the quality problem and technical problems encountered by users during the construction can be solved more effectively. The company produces a variety of cement types, ordinary portland cement and compound cement , 52.5R, 42.5R and 32.5R. Bulk cement and bag cement can be delivered by barge or truck.
